What countries does Arrivala work in?
The short answer, every country! The longer answer - the ability to send review requests by email is available right out of the box with every Arrivala account. The ability to send review requests by text message is initially limited to U.S. & Canadian phone numbers. However, we can open up your account to send text message review requests to other country codes as well. For more info, see below.
What countries do you support sending text message review requests?
We can support sending text message review requests to phone numbers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Australia at no extra charge. For U.K. or Australia support, you simply have to open up a support ticket requesting your account settings be changed. For other countries not previously listed, please contact us for rates prior to signing up as there may be additional fees due to network costs associated with sending in your country.
What phone number do the text messages come from?
Within the U.S. & Canada, text messages will come from a toll free 1-844 number. For text messages in the United Kingdom or Australia, they will come from a local number associated with your country code.
What about timezones?
All Arrivala paid accounts have the ability to define your timezone. This ensures that we are not delivering review requests to your past clients/customers by email or text in the middle of the night.
