Absolutely! You won't pay us a cent, we don't even ask you for a credit card. There are some great features such as text message notifications, multiple locations, multiple logins, and increased capacity in our premium plans but if free works for you then use it!
Sure. It is likely that each of your business locations and/or sales agents (such as realtors under a broker) will have their own social media pages or review profiles that they are trying to grow. Therefore, we classify a location or a sales agent as the same thing for platform purposes. Our premium accounts give the account admin the ability to create multiple locations. They can then create additional user logins and assign location(s) to those new logins. Once a sales agent or employee logs in to Arrivala, they will only be able to initiate review requests for the locations they are specifically assigned to. This makes Arrivala even more affordable as you are able to utilize the same Arrivala account for your business of multiple locations or sales agents. You do not need to pay for a separate account for each.
Reviews across multiple platforms are very important to your website's SEO ranking. Google (and other search engines) are simply trying to display the best and most accurate results for their users searching. If your business is performing top quality work and hundreds of individuals are interacting with your Google profile, Facebook profile, Yelp profile, etc. and writing positive reviews, then it indicates your business needs to be displayed as a top candidate in results. How quickly you'll begin to see a jump in ranking depends on a lot of factors including how many reviews you're brining in as well as how much competition you have.
We have a full feature set dedicated to allowing your clients & customers to opt-out of the automated emails and text messages if they choose to do so. When a client or customer opts-out, we immediate stop sending them notifications and end the set schedule.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not lock you into any long term contracts. If you need to cancel, simply do so before your next renewal date.
Yes, all of our premium plans allow you to bulk add customers from a spreadsheet. You can import up to 100 records at a time.
All of our premium plans include free migration assistance. We have the ability to import reviews from a spreadsheet into our system.
We typically recommend new clients looking to demo the system sign-up for a free account. This allows for complete testing of the Arrivala system so you can make a determination whether it will work for your business.
