CSV File Sent To SFTP Server

With this custom integration, Bold City Agency worked with an Arrivala customer to take a CSV file that was generated daily, read the data and import it into Arrivala. The customer was provided a secure SFTP login where they would upload the daily CSV files that his systems would generate for his dozen or so furniture stores throughout the country. Every night while he slept, the custom system would check the SFTP server for any new files uploaded by the business owner. If it found new files, it would automatically take care of the importing process and send the business owner an email detailing the results of the import.

Creation of In-Between API

The Arrivala customer was using a point of sale system that had an API but did not have a Zapier application. Bold City Agency worked with this retail store owner to create an in-between API that would receive the data outputted by their point of sale API, read it, and then transmit it to the Arrivala Zapier application so review requests would automatically flow into Arrivala.
