When we released Review Flow B back in late 2019, it was received with much gratitude from our existing clients and has since turned into greater review collection success for our customers. However, the work never stops and as soon as we released Review Flow B, we knew we had even further to go. Two weeks ago we took that next step with the release of our third review flow, ‘Review Flow C’.
“Review Flow C is a huge milestone for us as a company”, Cabe Nolan, founder of Arrivala said in a statement. He continued, “This now puts us at three total review flows that our clients can switch between at any time. It allows Arrivala to cater to an even greater audience of customers, providing more flexibility to ensure their reviews are being distributed in the most effective way possible to the greatest audience possible.”
What is Review Flow C?
Review Flow C is our most direct review flow. From a high level, it bypasses the entire Arrivala website and instead sends the reviewer straight to your third party websites such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, Avvo, etc.. This makes Review Flow C the fastest way for your reviewers to go from an email/text message from your company directly to writing a review that can be seen by the masses. This review speed eliminates any risk of the reviewer potentially ‘falling off’ during the reviewing process and not sharing your review.
As with all of our review flows, each has its pros & cons. The largest downside of Review Flow C is the inability for us to build in negative review filtering. Since we are bypassing Arrivala and sending them straight to Google, Facebook, etc., there is no way for us to know whether the customer had a positive or negative experience with your company. Therefore, Review Flow C is best used by companies who understand that risk and/or feel confident that their reviewers will note a positive experience.
The other downside of Review Flow C is that we are unable to populate your Arrivala Microsite with reviews since the review information is not collected on our platform first.
What if we need negative review filtering?
If you like the thought of a more direct review process but still like the safety net of negative review filtering, then Review Flow B is your best bet. Since releasing Review Flow B in late 2019, it has quickly become our most popular review flow amongst all premium (paid) Arrivala users. The combination of a quicker review process with the added benefit of negative review filtering and partial review collection on the Arrivala website before prompting to share makes it a great feature mix.

Arrivala Growing Internationally
International markets including the U.K., Canada, & Australia continue to see major growth and we’ve been continuing to improve the platform to support more countries & regions. Towards the end of 2019, we released greater support for international time zones, more localized phone numbers for text message notifications, and greater control over when email/text review requests are sent out.
We’ve also started adding review platforms specific to countries outside of the U.S.. This month we released integrations with CarGuru’s U.K., yell.com as well as cardealerreviews.co.uk. As we continue to grow in 2020, we expect to release more country-specific platform integrations. It should also be noted that the platforms we did integrate were based on direct feedback from our international customers. We take our client feedback very seriously and always do our best to accommodate requests or feature additions whenever possible.
Arrivala is one of the only review collection platforms with international support that does not charge extra for text message review requests within Canada, the U.K., Australia or New Zealand.
Thus far in 2020 we’ve seen major changes across Google’s search results and a continuing dedication on Google’s part to improve their Google My Business service. It is absolutely imperative that you continue to collect Google Reviews as we move into 2020 and beyond. Failure to do so will put your business behind the curveball so to speak with your competitors who are being proactive in review collection.
If you have any questions on our new Review Flow C, International Support, or any other Arrivala feature, we encourage you to reach out to us at hi@arrivala.com. We look forward to having you on the Arrivala platform!
