Negative Review Filtering
One of our most popular features is the ability for our platform (in review flows A & B) to filter out negative reviews before they reach the sharing stage. How we do this is by first sending your customers to Arrivala where we ask them for a star rating of your business. If they choose a positive rating (the positive rating threshold can be defined in your customization options) then they are shown your third-party review sites to leave a review. If the review is determined to be negative, they are requested to share feedback with your company which is sent to you via email. This allows you to reach out to the customer and work to rectify the issue(s) before they become public.
Charitable Donations For Reviews
How cool is that? It’s one of our most used features on Arrivala. Through our system, you can offer to donate to a charity in exchange for your customer’s review being shared. Arrivala handles the charitable donations on your behalf and you receive an email every month when your money is donated. You can select your own charitable donation amount starting at 0.50 cents per review shared.
