When asking past customers for reviews, the #1 goal is always to make it as easy as possible. After all, they are doing you a favor by sharing their positive experience. That's why we found it imperative to offer email & text message review requests as well as the review collection and distribution process in multiple languages. Once you get set up with Arrivala, you can set your accounts default language. This will become the primary language that all review requests are sent out in. We also provide you with the ability to override the default language on individual review requests should you cater to customers that speak multiple languages.
You're still able to use our customized email templates and text message templates along with multilingual review collection. Our system uses language tags that allows you to specify a custom message for each language you send out review requests in.
Currently, the Arrivala multilingual online review collection system is available in the following languages:
English
Spanish
French
Portuguese

How can I change the language of review requests?
There's two things you'll want to do here. First, you'll want to change the default review request language to whichever language represents the majority of the requests you'll be sending out. This is done under Customization Options within your dashboard. Secondly, you can override the language for an individual review request when creating it in your dashboard. There is a dropdown menu that allows you to select he language.

Does the Zapier API work with multilingual review requests?
Yes, any review requests pulled in through the Zapier API will automatically be set to the default language of the account. You can change the default language of the account per the question above. At this time, you cannot change the review request language for individual review requests pulled in through the API.

Can I send text message (SMS) review requests within my country?
Please refer to our other page on International Support to determine if you can send SMS text messages within your country.
