This is the second part of my review. Everything was excellent. On first review I left out comments on the payment for rental car because it hadn’t been dealt with. Now it has been done quickly and fairly so definitely 5 star ++ rating.

OBVI is the best – with one caveat. My mechanic said this was his best experience with warranty claim. Repair almost $4,000 approved in minutes and payment just as quick. The caveat has to do with the rental of a car for service delays. I have a lot of experience reading legal documents but I find the wording impossible to understand. I will submit my claim for rental and update this review once I have an answer.
