I purchased a BMW a few years old, it still had one year of manufactures warranty on it. But I decided to purchase a third party vehicle extended warranty. There are many out there, but Obvi is one that I kept coming back to and I’m glad my gut instinct I choose Obvi. My vehicle was in for routine service and the service advisor let me know there was a mechanical issue with the car that they had found. I let them know that I had extended warranty through Obvi. The dealership emailed Obvi regarding this matter and approved the work within hours without any issues. I’m glad my gut instinct to go with Obvi was bang on, thanks for expedited service Obvi.

Smooth process. No hidden costs. Very explanatory details of coverage. Good communication in-between me and their staff. Easy to deal with. Cheaper than what the dealer sells. And did I mention they offer payment plans? All in all… awesome!

This is a tentative review. I purchased extended warranty on a new car and Obvi saved me almost $1500 on my policy – and it was a year longer with 20K more km. The buying process was great – willing to answer questions and discuss and there was no pressure. The reason the review is tentative is it will be 3 years or more until I need this insurance. If there’s a claim I will come back to review.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Dodge dealer even commented on the quick response they received for my claim. Extremely satisfied and would recommend Obvi to anyone looking for extended auto coverage after the warranty period.

I purchased their policy after doing some research, they were very well priced, and the customer service has been amazing. I was worried about the claim process, however having completed my first claim I can say that the process was very easy and stress free, as they dealt directly with the dealership. They are also very reasonable to deal with, trying to find ways to approve your claim rather than reject it.

I hope to never use the warranty but the peace of mind with having one is greatly appreciated. I saved about $1300 going with Obviversus going with the dealership’s extended warranty. I was in a very frustrating situation didn’t know what to do, I was very frustrated. Till contacted obvi and asked them for advice for being a victim of a car dealership that sold me an extended dealer’s warranty, without explaining the term and the cost. Being a senior I was manipulated into purchasing an extended warranty for almost $ 9000.00 . so the car that was going to cost me 36 thousand dollars, almost cost me 46 thousand with the warranty. I had signed and initialled all the documents. Then obvi guided me and showed me how to cancel the warranty. Thank you so much I can relax and sleep better thanks again Obvi.

Straightforward to understand the policy (especially compared to others) and easy to apply. I Will comment later when I have had the policy in force for a year or so.
