What are pros and cons of each review flow?

    Last Updated: July 30, 2020

Here’s a list of the pros and cons for each review flow (A, B & C).  This information can also be found in more detail on our Review Flows page

    Review Flow A

    Pros

    1. Provides the best opportunity for your reviewer to post their same review to multiple review sites.
    2. Includes negative review filtering.
    3. Star rating and full review is available on your Arrivala Microsite & widgets.
    4. Follow-up process in place if the reviewer leaves a review but does not share their review to your third party platforms.

    Cons

    1. Longest process for a review to be written and shared across your platforms. This increases the likelihood that a reviewer might not finish the review distribution process.

Review Flow B (paid plans only)

    Pros

    1. Eliminates the review being initially written on Arrivala which removes a step from the reviewing process.
    2. Includes negative review filtering.
    3. Follow-up process in place if the reviewer leaves a star rating but does not share their review to your third party platforms.

    Cons

    1. Clients/Customers typically only post to a single review site, not multiple.
    2. Only star rating is posted on your Arrivala microsite & widgets, not the full review.

Review Flow C (paid plans only)

    Pros

    1. The fastest flow we offer to send your customers directly to Google, Facebook, Yelp, Avvo, etc..
    2. Very low chance of reviewers ‘falling off’ since the process is so quick.

    Cons

    1. There is no negative review filtering.
    2. Clients/Customers typically only post to a single review site, not multiple
    3. The reviews will not show up on your Arrivala Microsite or Arrivala widgets.
    4. There is no follow-up process in the situation where the customer does not actually finish posting the review
