Wow! Lisa went ABOVE & BEYOND when it came to helping me sell my existing home and purchasing a new one. She helped me line up an electrician (who was affordable!) and other subcontractors (furnace, roof, etc) when I needed to address inspection notice items. She is very knowlegable about construction, so she knew the right questions to ask and many details I would never have known to be concerned about. She also knows the best subcontractors. I work full-time so it was very helpful to me. She was an excellent negotiator when it came to the counter-offer stage. I ended up with a full price offer on my house, and both the buyers and myself felt like it was a win-win. She is extremely professional. She took so much pressure off of me by handling any unforeseen events with a calm that comes from having years of experience in the industry.
