Lisa did an incredible job selling our house. It was a rental from my father’s estate. Lisa never dropped the ball no matter what problem presented itself. From recommending an attorney to start probate and getting the title clear, to speaking with the tenants and arranged a cleaning service instead of having the tenants clean.

We had some repair issues and Lisa contacted the contractors, got bids and arranged the repairs. We had a skittish buyer who literally backed out in the last hour. Lisa worked hard keeping the lines of communication open. She creatively suggested a meeting with the buyer and their realtor along with my sibling and herself.
