Exactly two years after I bought it, she listed it for 22% more than I paid for it, and it sold for FULL PRICE within a week! My husband and I did not think it would sell at that high price, but I have learned to trust her knowledge of the market through my past buying and selling experiences with her. She also spent a couple of hours with us one evening staging the house. She told us what to remove, where to move or hang paintings, she rearranged a little furniture, etc. She used a professional photographer to take the pictures of my home for the MLS, and they made the house look amazing. While we were away on our honeymoon it sold, so she sent us a contract over email for us to e-sign. It was so easy. She made sure that the closing date would coincide with the purchase of our new home so that we would not have to move twice or put things in storage for awhile. Lisa has excellent relationships with several mortgage lenders and the title companies, so she makes every transaction in the whole buying and selling process flow smoothly. Beside all of this, she is a truly lovely person who cares about her community and her clients. She pays attention to every detail. She is the best….bar none!Ę
