The Stephen FitzMaurice Team helped us buy two houses. The first was a transaction for a new build town home. The process was daunting, working with contractors to get into our first house. The communication was excellent. The second time we bought a house in NE Portland. The process was extremely easy. We were able to get the repairs we needed done on the house we wanted. Throughout both transactions, the experience was positive. Our questions and any concerns were addressed in a timely responsive manner. We would highly recommend the team!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and easily able to be contacted via text, phone, email any time. I worked with her from another state and this never caused any problems. She ensured all negotiations were handled electronically, quickly and correctly with guidance when I requested it. Kami and her team are great!
My third house sale in the Greater Portland area and by far the most problematic. With all the trials and tribulations it was a great relief to know that I had the support and assistance of a great realtor with a great team. In the end we found buyers happy to get a good house, and a happy seller getting a reasonable price. Thanks for all the work!

Team Parmelee, as they call themselves, took over when our first realtor struck out. From the beginning they provided the professional service we demanded and helped us turn our failing house search around in a competitive market. Often Tyrone went out of his way to ensure that we received timely, effective, and thorough responses to our questions. None were left unanswered with these two. I would buy with them again!
