It was a pleasure working with the Tyrone & Andrea Parmalee team to find the home we purchased in Newberg. Andrea was very thorough in asking my wife and I exactly the kind of house we were looking for and the area we wanted to live in. Andrea put together a listing of the homes we would be interested in looking at and my wife spent a morning driving around with Andrea, some were close to what we were looking for and others were not but that didn't worry Andrea she just kept looking for us. Even after we found the home we liked and then got shot down by being out bid on the home, Andrea kept looking for us. Finally we saw a for sale by owner home in Newberg and let Andrea know that we would like to look at it. Andrea called the owner and was able to work out a deal to where the seller could be represented by Andrea and assist in showing us the home. Once my wife and I looked at the house we loved it and with Andrea's help we were able to put in an offer that was accepted by the seller and the rest is history.
