The Stephen FitzMaurice Team is very professional and their communication is excellent. From the very beginning, they were very thorough in explaining the entire process, kept me up-to-date with statuses, and provided useful advise in regards to my real estate transaction. The level of trust was very comforting and I would highly recommend the Stephen FitzMaurice Team to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
We chose Stephen FitzMaurice and his team because of their approach to listing and selling a house. They have a great game plan, they know their business more than most others, they want the same results as you, they know how to market it and sell it fast! He and his team made everything easy for us. This wasn't the first house we sold and they were the best team we have come across. Stephen and Jennifer are sharp and they know what they what they are doing. It was refreshing to work with such wonderful team.
We had received a post card in the mail a few months ago regarding a home sold in our neighborhood. I had kept the card while we made the decision to sell our home. We called Tyrone , met with and immediately liked him and listed our home through him and Andrea. The sale of our house closed only 5 weeks from the day it was listed! Tyrone is extremely professional and earned our trust and respect with the manner in which he set about making sure our best interest was met. Stephen and his team are the best in the business. First realtor I used couldn't sell the house in a month and a half. After research I found Stephen and his team were highest rated in the state and reached out. They were able to get 2 offers in the first 4 days, one full price and one over asking. They have a unique approach and aren't afraid to spend money to make money to ensure your home gets the exposure necessary to sell. I would highly recommend Stephen and his team to anyone, the best team I have had the pleasure to work with in the 10 homes I have sold.
Stephen and his team were fun, professional and prompt! I was selling my home and buying a new one and wasn’t sure how I’d manage the timing of all of that but Stepehen and his team took care of everything!!! I got an offer on my house before it was even officially listed and they helped get an offer on a new house at 10pm so I didn’t miss out on an opportunity for a home. Such a tremendous group of people that take all ththe stress out of what is an enormous investment and life decision. You will not be disappointed.
Really enjoyed working with Tyrone & Andrea . They have a great since of humor. They were very professional and quick to answer any question I had. Andrea is always upbeat and optimistic! The biggest impression she made on me, was that she cared about us as individuals. She made herself available at the drop of hat, anytime my wife or I had a question, or wanted to see a home we were interested in. She has been great to work with, answering the many, many questions that I had along the way. She was also honest, which is not a quality found to often in the sales industry, especially real estate. She gained my trust. I wanted somebody who would look out for the best interest of my family and would work hard to negotiate a firm, but fair deal. She did that, by developing a relationship with the seller, which I believe led to us striking a quick deal with no resistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea Parmelee, with Team Parmelee!
