It's easy to see why Stephen sells so many homes. Besides being a genuinely nice person, he is also a true professional. From expert analysis of current market conditions at our first meeting, right on through negotiations with multiple bidders and a successful close, we couldn't have asked for any higher level of service than what we received from Stephen and his assistant Jennifer. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen and his team to anyone looking to sell property in the Portland area.
We had a wonderful experience working with Stephen. We followed his recommendations and sold within 4 days of listing at above listing price! We never believed it would happen so quickly or that we would attract so many great offers. We could not be happier with the outcome. We initially weren't certain of our selling timeline but Stephen listened and was respectful of our needs. He provided advice in the meantime. That was really helpful. We knew we were going to sell, just not when, so we followed his advice in clearing out the house and getting it into open house condition. When we were ready to sell, he provided updated market specs and recommendations. Again, we think the house sold so quickly at a great price because of Stephen's recommendations. The Stephen FitzMaurice Team recommended the prefect listing price for the condition of my house. Their knowledge of the market and pricing seemed to generate interest in realtors wanting to show my house. I counted 14 realtor business cards on the kitchen counter. I was pleasantly surprised to see offers coming in despite being so close to Thanksgiving and Christmas. I want to specifically recognize Jeremy Wilkerson of the Stephen FitzMaurice Team. Jeremy made the entire selling process easy and smooth. Jeremy gave me sound advise and all decisions were mine with no pressure. My only wish is that I could Jeremy Wilkerson and the entire Stephen FitzMaurice Team a higher rating than the Zillow 5 star limit.
We did not have the smoothest transition from TX to OR. Bumps all along our road. However, Kami and her team were there for us over each hurdle, and I was always assured that they were advocating and working for us, allowing us to handle all the other details of our move. I would highly recommend Kami and her team when purchasing or selling a home. Honest, hard-working, friendly, and ethical.
Stephen and his team did a great job getting my house sold. He came in with real data and suggestions for how to get the most value out of the home. If I would have only selected him when I tried to sell back in October of 2015 I would have gotten even more money for my house.

I knew that Stephen Maurice came with some great credentials before I decided to hire him to sell our house. What I did not know was that he was going to sell our house with in 2 days with multiple offers at 16K over our original asking price. He said he was going to do just that and he did. We were extremely happy and and fortunate that we were able to have Stephen and his back up team (Jennifer, who was also fantastic) to sell our house. They took care of all the details from start to finish. We would not think of going with any body else.
