We originally wanted to list for sale by owner in order to bring more profit to ourselves. We listed our home on zillow, after a week there was no action. We contact Tyrone and Andrea, had an interview and decided to list with them. Within two weeks there were multiple showings, more then one offer and the home was sale pending.
