I knew that Stephen Maurice came with some great credentials before I decided to hire him to sell our house. What I did not know was that he was going to sell our house with in 2 days with multiple offers at 16K over our original asking price. He said he was going to do just that and he did. We were extremely happy and and fortunate that we were able to have Stephen and his back up team (Jennifer, who was also fantastic) to sell our house. They took care of all the details from start to finish. We would not think of going with any body else.
Stephen was awesome. He had my property listed in 3 days after my meeting with him and sold the property in 4 days above the listing price. He was very responsive to my requests and was always on the ball.
We had a home for sale in Portland, OR. As we all know, there are innumerable real estate brokers and agents for prospective buyers and sellers to choose from. I interviewed several including, Stephen FitzMaurice. A couple I interviewed, even offered a lower commission than Stephen. But from lessons' learned, paying less too often means getting less in return. But with Stephen FitzMaurice and his uber-capable executive assistant, Jennifer, I really lucked out. As it sometimes just happens, the process of selling our house was not as direct as we would have hoped. But through the steady guidance of Stephen and Jennifer, based upon their years of experience, and their unwavering patience with an impatient home-owner (moi), as well as, their sage advice, we sold the house for $50,000 more than our original asking price! I am not making this up. Obviously, that alone makes me very happy. But if I can impress upon anyone who is contemplating hiring Stephen and his team it is this: Throughout the process, Stephen and Jennifer gave me a sense of security that I was in the hands of two highly capable, caring individuals who were going to do whatever was necessary to take the burden off me, and get the house sold. I thank them for that. I could not be more pleased and give them my highest recommendation.
The team approach worked well. Received professional support with a sense of urgency. We priced the home correctly and had a cash offer two days after the first (and only) open house. Only two weeks to close. Must be a record! Great job team and thank you.
We worked with Jeremy Wilkerson and his team. They had progressive strategies to market our home and make sure it was at the top of search results! We ended up getting multiple offers and sold above list price. The professional approach was excellent!
Kami and her team (Sharlyn) were very responsive and professional. They helped us a lot to understand the “unusual†process of buying home in Portland where you have to offer more that the listing price. They helped us go through the process and learn.

The experience was stellar from the moment I met Stephen to the close of the transaction. He was candid and patient with me, in assessing the areas of the house to address as well as in answering an endless array of questions from me. From the start, Jeremy had a detailed plan of the things we needed to do in preparation for selling our home. We followed his instructions and completed the preparations required. Once done, we simply stepped out of the way for him to do his job. He was professional, patient, and always readily accessible. He was also diligent in pursuing and tracking the progress of the sale and in keeping us informed on its status. Our home would not have sold as quickly (sale sign up on Friday, sold at open house on Sunday) had he not given us wise tips and suggestions on how we could present our home so others could see its beauty and possibilities through our eyes. He invited us to contact him any time during the whole process with any questions or concerns. He meant it, too. He unfailingly responded to our phone calls, texts, emails, making himself available to us as we had questions and concerns. We considered several realtors before choosing Jeremy. From the moment we met him, we just knew. We believed then, and are convinced now, that he was an answer to our prayers. Over the years we have bought/sold homes and, hands down, Jeremy has far surpassed the experiences we've had with most of them. If you are considering selling your home or buying one, please give these folks a call. You won't regret it and will find you are telling your friends and loved ones about them. That's exactly what we're doing!
