OBVI is the best – with one caveat. My mechanic said this was his best experience with warranty claim. Repair almost $4,000 approved in minutes and payment just as quick. The caveat has to do with the rental of a car for service delays. I have a lot of experience reading legal documents but I find the wording impossible to understand. I will submit my claim for rental and update this review once I have an answer.

The repair shop called the Obvi phone number multiple times and their calls were unanswered and their voice messages were not returned. It wasn’t until they completed the online claim form that they got a response back from Obvi. This led to a 1-day delay in the work being performed.

We reviewed all of our call logs from that day and didn’t have any from the BMW dealership, we are not sure what happened on their end but they may have been calling the wrong place. We replied as soon as we received communication from them. It’s always best to let us know if you take your vehicle in for a repair so we can be sure to follow up. – The Obvi Team
The claim was handheld quickly. I received an amount that was expected. I had dealt with other insurance and got a run around and then only paid a small portion of the claim.

Excellent and Professional sales people. Easy process to get started and the warranty packages are a great price, in my opinion, and they are half the cost of a dealership aftermarket warranty. FYI they do require one of their mechanics to look at your vehicle before they will cover you; about $280.00; I think if you sign with them they should take that 280 off the cost of the warranty.
