I was in a very frustrating situation didn’t know what to do, I was very frustrated. Till contacted obvi and asked them for advice for being a victim of a car dealership that sold me an extended dealer’s warranty, without explaining the term and the cost. Being a senior I was manipulated into purchasing an extended warranty for almost $ 9000.00 . so the car that was going to cost me 36 thousand dollars, almost cost me 46 thousand with the warranty. I had signed and initialled all the documents. Then obvi guided me and showed me how to cancel the warranty. Thank you so much I can relax and sleep better thanks again Obvi.
Straightforward to understand the policy (especially compared to others) and easy to apply. I Will comment later when I have had the policy in force for a year or so.
After purchasing a used vehicle I decided to cancel the dealership’s extended warranty and shop around. The same warranty sold by the dealer was half the price at Obvi. I decided to have the vehicle inspection and purchase the extended warranty from Obvi and thank heavens I did. The inspection report revealed some very costly issues that were wrong with the vehicle. I was able to get these issues fixed by the dealer who sold me the car and this saved me over $4000 in repairs. Once the vehicle was repaired I was able to be covered with the extended warranty from Obvi. Thanks to Derek I saved over $6000 dollars. Huge thanks to Derek at Obvi, I highly recommend getting your inspected and under warranty with this business.
Great customer service! Amazing prices. This is real and it works! Got in an accident with my vehicle and had it written off. I was reimbursed for the remainder of my agreement and received an even better quote for my new vehicle, 2018 with all the new electronic bells and whistles that Obvi covers.

The policy offered has similar exclusions to the Dodge warranty offered – comparing them was tricky (thanks to Dodge). Nice to be able to extend the warranty -8 yrs.!- without paying for more km, as we primarily drive short distances in the city (but intend to own the vehicle past the extended warranty).Great value. Nice online experience.
Am I dreaming? A company that responds near instantly, no problems or issues, total customer focus. The dealer service people were gobsmacked, The dealer sales people hate OBVI, who would buy a factory extended warranty for twice the price and half the service?

If you want to extend your factory warranty, don’t hesitate at all to get Obvi. I was hesitant on extended warranties but this one is a no brainer. I have used it three times now, great customer service and claims are handled extremely fast, would most defiantly recommend.
The worst feeling is when you see that red light on your vehicle. The best experience is when you get it fixed with confidence knowing that Obvi is there for you. The claim was processed and approved so fast that the guy who was dealing on behalf of the car agency could not believe that claim could be processed that quickly and they could receive payment the same day.
