Partially sent means that we’ve sent out at least the first review request but there are still more review requests scheduled for that customer. It also means that the client/customer has not yet posted a review so we have plans to continue to follow up with them until they do! If you click on a review request with this status, it will show you the requests that have been sent and which ones are still scheduled.
