Sending review requests via the proper medium (text or email) can play a role in the review success rate. Our general recommendation is to send the review request in the manner in which you normally communicate with the customer. Meaning, if you normally communicate by email, send the review request by email. If you normally communicate by phone or text, send the request via text.
Of course there can be exceptions to the above recommendation and you should experiment with sending over both mediums to see how your response rate compares.
