There are two primary reasons why the review widget might not be showing on your WordPress website even after you’ve installed it and successfully configured it. Those reasons are:
- You haven’t yet collected any reviews on Arrivala. Arrivala is only able to show reviews on your feed that we’ve collected through our platform. Until we have reviews to show, we’ll automatically hide the widget.
- You’ve recently collected your first review(s) and our feed hasn’t yet re-built. Our review feed that sends the data to your WordPress plugin & embed widgets rebuilds itself twice per day with new reviews that you’ve received. If you just received a review, you may need to wait up to 12 hours before it begins to populate in your WordPress widget.
If neither of the above reasons apply to you, make sure you’ve correctly configured our plugin by following our WordPress video tutorial. If you’re still having issues, open a support ticket via your dashboard and make sure to let us know the URL of your website where the plugin is installed.
