How does negative review filtering work?

    Last Updated: July 28, 2020

The Arrivala system gives you the ability to define what you consider a ‘positive’ star rating*.  Based on that setting, our review flows determine how we should handle each customer based on the star rating they leave.  If the reviewer leaves a positive star rating, they are shown your third party review platforms (Google, Facebook, etc) and asked to distribute their review to those platforms.  If the reviewer leaves a negative star rating, they are shown a comment box where they can share their experience which is sent directly to your account email.  That customer is not shown your third party review platforms for review distribution.

*Our paid plans have the ability to define what is considered a positive star rating.  On our free plan, a positive star rating is automatically set at 4 stars or above.
