    How can I control what time of day review requests are sent?

    By default, our system will send out five review requests every five minutes from 10am to 7pm EST until all review requests scheduled for that day have been completed.  Meaning, if you had 20 review requests scheduled for this day, we would send out the first 5 at about 10:00am, the second 5 at 10:05am, the third 5 at 10:10am and the fourth 5 at 10:15am.

    On our paid plans you can customize your time zone to ensure that your customers receive the review requests at the proper time of day as it relates to your business.  You can customize your time zone setting by going to Customization Options from the left menu the Time Zone / Internationalization from the secondary menu.  A drop down option will appear with time zones you can select.
