    Can I prevent sending review requests to customers that already reviewed me?

    Yes!  On our paid plans, there is an optional toggle to ‘Prevent Duplicate Requests’.  If this setting is enabled, the system will detect if a review request you are adding has already reviewed your company. If so, it will prevent it from being added in both the Arrivala API & Bulk Importing.

    If you are adding an individual review request via your dashboard and there is a review match, a warning message will appear indicating such.  You will have the ability to override the warning and send the review request anyway should you choose.

    This setting can be toggled under Customization Options –> Default Notification Settings.
