My wife and I, like many sellers if not all, had many questions many concerns. Michael was very responsive and helpful in answering questions. Jennifer was just unbelievable. After a few lost offers she encouraged us to be patient and things will work out. Thankfully they did. We received an offer way above our asking price which came at a time we least expected. Tyrone and Andrea Parmelee were excellent realtors – by far the best I've worked with during two home purchases and two home sales. They were very professional and extremely responsive, always getting back to me within a few hours, if not sooner. They even took the initiative to negotiate improved contract terms, and they provided excellent market advice. I would highly recommend this team.

So when it was time to move it was an easy choice to pick him to represent us as our agent. As a person with more anxiety than patience, he's a good match. Meredith was unknown to us when we started our property search in Bend, Oregon, but we felt so fortunate to have located her merely by one referral. She is very professional and knows the market well. She was very patient with us as we detailed every offer and decision, and she did a lot of extra research at our request and on her own initiative. She followed up with every aspect of our transaction, staying informed of the loan and escrow processes and forwarding information to us to ensure we were informed as well. She sent us photos of our property after the sale, which was a great addition to our records. Meredith is a real pleasure to work with and to spend a day with in the car looking at properties. She is well-informed and well-educated in real estate transactions, and is not aggressive toward her buyers in anyway. I have no hesitation in recommending her, and we hope to work with her again.
Stephen was amazing. We chose him among four interviewed. He was the most knowledgeable about the market’s ‘potential price point and willing to employ additional strategies for highest bid. He was the analytics we needed to balance our emotional attachment to a unique property. The photos were beyond comparable and what we believe made our listing get over 2000 hits on Zillow and Redfin in the first 48 hours.
I had a situation where I needed to relocate my ageing Mother closer to me. Meredith was very helpful with filling in the missing pieces. She found an agent that my Mom could work with in her area while I worked with Meredith in mine to find my Mother a new home. It's not always easy to sell another home in one location and move to another especially when your Mother is in her mid 70's! I'm sure whatever your needs are Meredith will have a solution!
This was the first house I have sold, and could have not asked for a better team to work with. I am still surprised that I was able to sell during the pandemic. I had such a positive experience with all of the staff members and appreciated their responsiveness as well as their professionalism.
Meredith came as an assistant to another realtor. It was as if she had been helping us from the start of our quest. She was not from our area, but it did not show. She did her homework and was able to successfully show us homes wherever we asked her to. She went out of her way to assist us, and stayed through the whole process inluding the closing with the title company. This is our second home purchase using Kami, and her team. She's quickly gotten information that we've struggled to obtain on our own, and pushed along process under irregular circumstances.
