Stephen and his team are top notch, easily the best real estate organization I've ever worked with. Stephen has an excellent marketing program and spends a ton of money on advertising across several real estate websites. Coupled with hosting open houses every week until the home is sold, it's hard to imagine another agent driving as much interest to your property. Very thorough and timely communications throughout the process of selling a home plus low listing fees with a cancel anytime policy make Stephen an easy choice when listing a home. I have recommended Stephen to several friends and family members over the last few years and will happily continue to do so. A+++
We recently purchased a home sight unseen, and trusted Meredith to be our eyes. She's very knowledgeable about her line of work. I appreciate that she takes video of the houses. After we closed on the home she no longer had an obligation to us, but she continued to act as a mediator between the sellers and I. She also paid to have our locks changed when we learned that the keys didn't work and found a door unlocked upon our return home after an outing one day, which was very generous of her.

Kami was phenomenal and helped us with the home buying process as first time home-buyers. She was there with us every step of the way, available to answer any questions we had, and advocated for our requests with the seller's agent. Kami also gave us feedback during the negotiations process so that we knew what was reasonable and unreasonable to ask as buyers. I appreciated that Kami checked in with us almost weekly or anytime there was an update that we needed to know on our end. If we had questions, she was quick to respond by e-mail, phone or text. I would absolutely recommend Kami for anyone looking to buy their home.
My wife and I knew we wanted to buy a waterfront vacation property in Bend somewhere but really were unfamiliar with the area. Meredith with the cooperation of another associate really educated us on so many opptions and it wasn't long before she found us a great property in Sunriver. However this is were the work for her started (for all of us) as it was a long negotiation process with a few stops and starts. She not only stuck with us but helped guide us and proactively kept everyone on track. We really felt like she was commited to us. Also being remote buyers she made it very convenient by going the extra mile to take care of things since we were remote. For example she took the time to open our property up for the cable company even after the sale was complete. This is just one of many times she went our of her way.
