Meredith did a fabulous job of keeping us informed on the sale of my condo. She always responded quickly to any questions I had. She would also find out information from other realtors about their feedback on the condo. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!!!
Meredith is very responsive and a good communicator. This property sold well over listing due to her expertise. She has an excellent support staff as well. She will go to bat for you and is a good negotiator. She won't allow someone to rip you off. They come to closings to make sure everything goes correctly. She is a good resource for contractors. I would recommend her strongly to anyone buying or selling a home. My daughter has used her as well. I appreciate her sense of humor and realistic attitude. She tells it like it is! I am going to contact Meredith in the future when looking for a vacation property.
My wife and I, like many sellers if not all, had many questions many concerns. Michael was very responsive and helpful in answering questions. Jennifer was just unbelievable. After a few lost offers she encouraged us to be patient and things will work out. Thankfully they did. We received an offer way above our asking price which came at a time we least expected. My experience with Kami was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind during my home buying process. We were first time home buyers and had limited knowledge of the process and of course we were scared too. But she was amazing and stepped in to answer any questions that we had ensuring we were promptly informed of everything that was going on in the background. I still even reach out to her now when I have questions and she gladly answers them even when they're simple and silly questions. Thanks Kami for being there for us!
As a return customer I was again very happy with Meredith's professional help in selling our house. Meredith was responsive, knowledgeable and honest.
