My husband and I relocated from Southern California and Kami, Katie and the rest of the team made the purchase of our new home a pleasant and easy experience. They are very knowledgeable & answered every question we had quickly. After the purchase they recommended an excellent painter and volunteered to answer any questions we have into the future. Highly recommend Kami Price and her team!
Andrea and Tyrone were great to work with. We first met Andrea through our daughter when she bought a house 3 years ago. When we decided to look for a retirement home with RV parking, we contacted Andrea for help. We looked for over a year and appreciated both the online and in person support through the process. Whenever we saw a house that looked interesting, they were happy to promptly take us to see it. When we finally decided to build a house, they handled both the sale of our current home and the negotiations on the purchase of our new home, We found Andrea and Tyrone to be personable and professional and would highly recommend them to family and friends when looking for a realtor.
Seriously best experience ever! She worked so hard to get us our home & she is so good at negotiating!! I highly recommend Kami! She also is kind, supportive, knowledgeable, hard working and always available. She makes time for her clients. And she also makes the process easier. She is also honest about things and helped us make a hard decision to walk away from the first house we were in contract with.
The team of Michael Crosbie and Jennifer Tangvald was great to work with. We had some challenges selling my 100+ year old house but they made it run smoothly. Thank you very much!!

Its hard to know where to begin. The first time around with our home the deal didn't work out, and it was not at all the homes fault or the realtors either. Then we switched to the Stephen FitzMaurice group and even though I was a complete jerk and didn't at all trust them they still chose to keep me as a client. And because of their hard work our home is sold for top dollar. Everyone will have a different story and experience, and this is one of the biggest decisions possibly in your life. After all of this and after a person stops getting in their own way, this is the group that you want on your side…. Michael, is a fantastic dude and they're all damn good at what they do… If there is anyone that is reading this that is worried, well you should be, anything involving your home and yourself and possibly your family is huge decision, but at least for me, this group of caring people deserve far more thanks than we could ever give.
Tyrone and Andrea Parmelee were excellent realtors – by far the best I've worked with during two home purchases and two home sales. They were very professional and extremely responsive, always getting back to me within a few hours, if not sooner. They even took the initiative to negotiate improved contract terms, and they provided excellent market advice. I would highly recommend this team.
Kami was an incredible advocate and resource for us as we pursued the purchase of our first home. She was immensely knowledgeable and experienced with real estate in the region, and she was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better professional to be on our side during the home-buying process.
I have been following Stephen's publications and blogs for a while. His articles are very informative and intuitive! So when it was time to move it was an easy choice to pick him to represent us as our agent. As a person with more anxiety than patience, he's a good match. He's easy going, always available and has an amazing team that backs him up with the same core values. I highly recommend him and his company.
