As a first time home buyer I was very nervous going into the whole process. Meredith got us everything we hoped for and more. The process was simple and with little stress. I would recommend her to first time buyers. She was patient and walked us through the whole thing with ease.
Stephen and his team delivered for us. Before meeting Stephen and team, we had been trying to sell our home for over a year and were running into constant roadblocks with a looming special assessment on our condo that had caused multiple sales to fall through. Stephen put together a top-down strategy from positioning, marketing, and negotiation tactics that delivered more than we could have imagined – under the circumstances. I also want to give a shout out to Jennifer for her persistence and follow through during all the stages during this unique sale. I highly recommend Stephen and team to any prospective seller as they can provide the strategy, resources, and expertise to get you from listing to closing date.
Meredith was a great partner in navigating the highly competitive Portland market. She was extremely responsive, and flexible as we worked through my first home purchase. She kept my best interests in mind, was forth-right throughout the process, and ultimately found me a great home in my desired neighborhood. This is the third house we have purchased and our third realtor. Working with Meredith was a whole new experience. We were incredibly impressed with how organized, knowledgeable, responsible and efficient she was from day one. Once we found the right house and the purchase process continued, it became clear that she was completely invested and there to fight for the best deal for us in every way. Even though there was another offer on the house, she was confident she could make our offer more appealing and counseled us and offered advice from her experience. Once our offer was accepted she continued to proactively addresses the inspection, and repair negotiation. It was a challenging process with the VA and complications with our loan. It was a stressful time at points, but Meredith was there to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. We typically received updates from her before the mortgage company. She was on top of every detail of our purchase and addressed every issue that arose almost immediately even when she was out of town. We had complete faith in her ability to take care of our family and make this purchase work for us. We can’t recommend her enough.
Kami and her team did a great job helping us find and home. She also provided excelent guidence through the biding and purchasing process. I would not hesitate to work with Kami Price again.
Meredith was always available to us in our search for a vacation home in Sunriver OR We found a very special river front property that received multiple bids and Meredith made sure our offer got serious attention so we could secure the contract. She has also been there for us post closing for help with getting the house ready for our use.
We tried to sell our Aloha home ourselves going the For Sale By Owner route, but with no results. We asked Meredith to help us and she did an excellent job. We were impressed by both her knowledge of the local market and her ability to work with other realtors and their clients. She was straightforward with us throughout the process and worked hard on our behalf. An extra bonus is that she has a reasonable fee structure for clients who are previous For Sale By Owner listers. We worked with Stephen on the sell side and with the help of his team we sold our home within the first week it was listed! We then worked with Kami and Greg on the buy side. Both teams were friendly, responsive, and friendly. Jennifer on the sell side was knowledgeable and always made sure to communicate with us and answered any questions or concerns we had. We had a short time frame to find a home and limited schedule, but Greg made sure to dedicate weekends and even an entire day with us. We found our forever home within a week. The entire transaction of selling and buying went smoothly and fast!
Meredith did a fabulous job of keeping us informed on the sale of my condo. She always responded quickly to any questions I had. She would also find out information from other realtors about their feedback on the condo. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!!!
Meredith is very responsive and a good communicator. This property sold well over listing due to her expertise. She has an excellent support staff as well. She will go to bat for you and is a good negotiator. She won't allow someone to rip you off. They come to closings to make sure everything goes correctly. She is a good resource for contractors. I would recommend her strongly to anyone buying or selling a home. My daughter has used her as well. I appreciate her sense of humor and realistic attitude. She tells it like it is! I am going to contact Meredith in the future when looking for a vacation property.
