Kim is wonderful! She listened to what we wanted a worked really hard to make our dream come true. The property we wanted turned out to be complicated but she stuck with us, both advocating for us when necessary and reminding us of the limits. We got what we wanted and we would definitely call her again! Highly recommend!
Stephen and his team were awesome! Their customer service and real estate expertise were superb and we appreciated Stephen's cool and calm demeanor. Having only 1 bathroom and selling in late September, we were concerned that we wouldn't sell, but Stephen really liked the house and was confident he could sell it.
