We had a great experience with Kim. She was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to find us the right house. She met with us after hours and braved traffic to show us houses we liked. As first time home buyers it was great to have someone patient to explain everything to us.
Stephen and his team are the best you can find for any of your real estate needs in the Portland area. Highly recommended!
Kim was phenomenal. I never even have come close to this experience when buying a place. Not only did we have no stress, but we had an absolute blast working with Kim! She was the key reason we were able to buy our dream home is this competitive market. Her upbeat, positive personality attracts good things and it felt that way the whole way through the process. This was hands down a dreamy experience. We can't wait to move in. Thank you forever Kim!!

Kim is wonderful! She listened to what we wanted a worked really hard to make our dream come true. The property we wanted turned out to be complicated but she stuck with us, both advocating for us when necessary and reminding us of the limits. We got what we wanted and we would definitely call her again! Highly recommend!
Meredith just gets it. She's responsive, direct and was extremely helpful through the entire process. We visited quite a few houses and went through a few different offers, and she was there to see through each one. We're so grateful for her help and her willingness to get things done.
Meredith was available at all hours of the day, every day of the week! We worked with her to find houses and she would send us back the "scoop" on each. Often times she would go out and see places so we would not have to make the commute…if it was not a good place for us she would let us know.
Would recommend! Stephen's team was excellent to work with. Michael was my listing agent and he and the rest of the team made sure the entire process was simple and stress-free. They provided support and took care of everything, from listing through negotiations to closing, and were always available to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely do business with them again.
When my house was purchased through Meredith McCreight I was actually out of state. Imagine being the Realtor for that circumstance!! Meredith (1)Found the House. (2) Was ALWAYS available to answer every question. (3) Provided the instructions to access the necessary Documents. (4). Encouraged Smart decisions (saving me from a disastrous one!) (5)Kept the Process moving efficiently. (6)Was at the Residence for each Inspection. (7)Took pictures for me. (8)Measured the house rooms for me. The previous statements depict JUST A FEW of the many courtesies that Meredith McCreight did for me. Most were done AFTER I PURCHASED THE HOUSE!! Clearly, Meredith has a Stellar work ethic!
