This is the second time I've used Stephen to sell my home. Stephen provides sound advice to help prepare you sell your home quickly. We managed to turn around our sale in 2 days from the day we listed. His team is excellent and helps you through each step regardless of the time of day. I doubt you will find a better team at a very competitive rate.
Riley was fantastic to work with. Took lots of time helping me learn the area and helped us move quickly to get the deal closed. Would highly recommend Riley to anyone with real estate needs.
Stephen is amazing! He is not just professional in his work but he truly cares about people. His heart for people shines through & we will always refer those closest to us to him because we know they will get taken care of. He is also one of the most generous people I know, always giving to those in need which is a gift most professionals don’t have.
Riley was our realtor for the recent successful purchase of our home in Corvallis. He was an extraordinarily good person to work for us on many levels. He was extremely comfortable to work with because of his great combination of calm self-assurance and great responsiveness. Instead of giving partial answers to our emails and other correspondence, he always responded to everything thoroughly. He didn't play games. We consistently felt like he was truly working for us. When we discussed challenging negotiating tactics he REALLY listened to and understood our perspective, gave his advice clearly and with well-thought out and directly expressed explanations. He has wisdom and people skills well beyond his years. We have dealt with many realtors over over several decades and virtually all have been disappointing in various ways. Riley is heads and shoulders better than any of them, especially in the intangibles that make all the difference. As for tangibles, he helped us negotiate the seller down from her already reasonable listing price by $22,500, even in a sellers' market! An enjoyable realtor who gets truly impressive results. You can see why we are confidently referring anybody who needs a realtor in the area to him. He is truly a rare find.
Stephen and his team were absolutely amazing. Being a first time home buyer I was skeptical about working with an agent because of the horror stories that I had heard. However I can honestly say that I was pleased with the outcome I found my dream home and I would highly recommend this team to anyone of my friends or family.
Really enjoyed the process with Stephen and his team. Interacted a lot with Stephen on the front end and worked with a couple of his team members through the process and, overall, really happy with how it all went. We questioned the pricing recommendations from Stephen up front and priced a little lower than recommended. Ended up selling right at what he originally estimated for the home which really indicated a great market intimacy. Didn't feel like I got a discount quality service even though the total commission was the lowest around. Would absolutely use Stephen and his team again.
My husband and I would highly recommend Riley Nix! He was very responsive throughout the home buying process and often worked late hours on our behalf. As first time home buyers, it was helpful that Riley was very informative on both the home buying process and the city of Corvallis/surrounding areas. We also appreciated that Riley provided us information that gave us realistic expectations (so we would not get our hopes up!) Additionally, Riley went above and beyond to help us close the deal on our home. For example, since we were out of town in the days leading up to closing the home, Riley helped removed the wood stove insert (required by Oregon state law) in order for the appraiser to sign off. We could not be more happy with our purchase and are very grateful for Riley's help! Without reservations, we would recommend Riley Nix!
I found Stephen and his team on line. It took a while to gain confidence, but I ended up being very impressed with his expertise and knowledge of the Portland Metro market. Even me being in California, his team and process was up to date with the best contacts and processed documents in a very timely and efficient manner. Stephen's market knowledge was on point and I would highly recommend him and his team.
Riley did an amazing job helping my wife and I find our home. Being first time home buyers (and probably pickier than average) we needed a lot of help. He went above and beyond doing walk through video tours of properties when we couldn't be there.
