Stephen and his team were awesome! Their customer service and real estate expertise were superb and we appreciated Stephen's cool and calm demeanor. Having only 1 bathroom and selling in late September, we were concerned that we wouldn't sell, but Stephen really liked the house and was confident he could sell it. We sold quickly and for asking price! We would definitely recommend Stephen and his team to anyone selling a house.

I contacted Kami after our previous agent failed us. She was totally the right person to help us get the house we wanted. Not only was she super responsive, she helped closed the deal. I never worried when she would get back to me, she always texted or phoned. I also appreciate that everything was electronically signed through DocuSign so easy and efficient. She was a great negotiator and told me straight out what I needed to get a house that had multiple offers. Her team was fantastic too, very responsive and kind. If you need someone who will get the house you want, you need to contact Kami. Just awesome all around!
Riley did an amazing job. We had a unique situation where our housing was held up because others in this process weren't following through and making things happen on time so we didn't get our house for months after we were supposed to be in it – but Riley kept on top of it and went above and beyond to get the other people moving. All was out of his hands and had nothing to do with his agency but he kept on top of it and got the other guys to finally do what they were supposed to do so we could have our house! Finally!
Kami was phenomenal. She went above and beyond during the home purchase process. Short sales are never easy and her communication was prompt and professional. There were times that we were out of town and she went the extra mile for us to be present for us in our absence. It isn't possible to get a higher level of experience. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.
Riley was patient with us when we gave him ideas of what we wanted, but nothing solid. All we gave him to go on was that we wanted either a house for a 5-year life plan, or a 10-year life plan. He showed us lots of places that helped us narrow our idea down to where we could actually begin describing more specifics of what we wanted. When he found our wonderful home, the listing price was a few thousand out of our budget. When we put our offer on the house the seller dropped her price considerably! I was shocked she went so low! Later, I found out that Riley had sent a picture of my husband and I to the seller along with a short paragraph about us. Riley did a fantastic job of making us feel like more than a paycheck to him. He made us feel like finding the right home was all that mattered.
