Great communicator, responsive, and easy to work with. Although the seller's agent was difficult, she handled the negotiation process with ease and helped us get the concessions we asked for.
We were fortunate to have an agent, like Kami, because our home purchase had some serious challenges and proved to be a difficult close. She helped us navigate through all of the issues and coordinated well with the other parties, especially the seller’s agent to address our concerns. For example, there were some large Douglas fir trees that had significantly impacted the foundation. She worked closely with the seller’s agent to make sure that they were removed and the foundation was properly repaired and leveled. Kami communicated with us throughout this whole process keeping us constantly apprised. We now live in the house of our dreams in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by wonderful neighbors. Furthermore, she has surrounded herself with an excellent, responsive team, in particular Michael Crosby, who showed us so many homes in different neighborhoods and educated us about Portland and surrounding cities. Kami and he were a great help in our transition to a new state and city.
Wonderful team to work with! They helped us sell our house in under a week and also helped us find a home we love! Everyone we worked with on the team from start to finish was helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. We felt supported throughout negotiations and the closing process and felt like they understood our needs. Would recommend!

She was extremely responsive, provided comps, and extremely patient and knowledgeable in the pricing process. She was instrumental in getting our house ready to list, working with us to get it into top shape. By the time we were done I didn't want to move! Once we were listed and the offers came flying in within days, Jeniffer led us through accepting, negotiating rent back, and just generally making sure that closed feeling on top of the world. What a team, I'd work with these women again in a heartbeat!
