Leslie is great. she helped us find the perfect house for us.
I rate Leslie a 5 star realtor! She is not just a realtor that lets you view a house but she let us know what's the status of the house, and even educate us on things that we haven't learned from our previous realtors. Since my husband and I work full time, the only days that we are available to view houses are Saturdays and Sundays, so Leslie pre view houses for us so that if the house don't fall into our specifications, she won't show it to us and so we don't waste time. She is very accommodating, efficient and most of all care for her clients' interest. I won't have a second thought recommending her to my friends and relatives that wants to buy house and need a realtor!
Leslie was very dedicated in helping find a home for me. At times my work schedule was very difficult in trying to find the time to look at homes. Leslie was very accommodating and even had someone else show me homes when she was with other clients. Thanks to Leslie I am in the home and neighborhood that I wanted.

I received a call from The Team after I looked at homes listed on their site and I knew from that conversation that they were the realtors that I wanted to help us in the process of buying our first home! They were more than willing to answer any silly questions we had as first time home buyers. We put offers on seven different homes over our five months of looking. Although it was stressful and disappointing being rejected, it couldn't have been a simpler process with them! They are wonderful at negotiating, spotting issues we don't see, giving advice, writing up offers or repair addenda, and really everything else! They always did their research when showing us a home and went back to the sellers multiple times for more info we requested. We could not have done this process without them! The companies they referred us to for mortgage loans and inspections were of the same quality, reliability, and kindness. We are so happy with the home they helped us purchase and the time we got to spend looking with them!
Kim Woodhouse was available immediately to talk about possible listing. She gave us excellent suggestions on staging our condo with our own furnishing and she sold the condo within in a week of presentation.She and her team were very professional.
I will forever be grateful to leslie for all that she has done for us..she not only got us the house of our dreams, but she also kept our nerves and worries at bay….please tell her thank you again!!!!
