Stephen and his team did a great job getting my house sold. He came in with real data and suggestions for how to get the most value out of the home. If I would have only selected him when I tried to sell back in October of 2015 I would have gotten even more money for my house.
Stephen got competing offers for our house in just 1 week, the entire process went as stress free as I could imagine. I couldn't make a stronger recommendation than to go with Stephen and his team.
Really enjoyed working with Tyrone & Andrea . They have a great since of humor. They were very professional and quick to answer any question I had. What I thought was going to be a difficult process they made easy. I highly recommend them for your real estate needs. Very smooth transition from listing to closing.
Andrea is always upbeat and optimistic! The biggest impression she made on me, was that she cared about us as individuals. She made herself available at the drop of hat, anytime my wife or I had a question, or wanted to see a home we were interested in. She has been great to work with, answering the many, many questions that I had along the way. She was also honest, which is not a quality found to often in the sales industry, especially real estate. She gained my trust. I wanted somebody who would look out for the best interest of my family and would work hard to negotiate a firm, but fair deal. She did that, by developing a relationship with the seller, which I believe led to us striking a quick deal with no resistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea Parmelee, with Team Parmelee!
Stephen and his team are who you want selling your house. There are few real estate teams anywhere in the country, much less in Portland, that are as competent.
