The Realtor I used when I last sold in 2007 didn't realize the market was changing, and gave me poor advice. A Realtor who sells an average of 2 houses a week is in great touch with the market. Steven's photographer took great photos for the listing. The interior photos looked better than real life. The attractive photos and directness of the text made for a great RMLS listing, which generates the interest to view the house. I saved almost $5K on commissions, and don't think a full fee Realtor would have sold it any quicker or for a higher price. I will use Steven again.
