We recently sold our home and purchased another with The Stephen FitzMaurice Team. I have to say that everything went very well. This was our first time selling so we did not know exactly what to expect. But working with them was a great experience. There was always great communication the entire time from both the selling and buying side of the team. We will definitely use them again when our next housing situation comes around.
Kami and her team were the best! I would recommend her and her team to anyone! They kept us in the loop the whole time, worked around the clock to make sure the process went smooth! We loved Kami and Michael and are extremely glad we found them to help us during the buying of our new home!
Kami was our agent when we bought our home in Sellwood. Over the course of more than a year she took great pains to understand exactly what we wanted in a home (size, location, walkability, etc.) on the inner eastside and to find homes that fit our profile. She helped us buy a wonderful home at an affordable price.

The FitzMaurice team were great giving good advice and guidance – helped us get our house prepped for sale with a minimum of fuss, helped gauge the best asking price, marketed it very effectively, and we got a full price offer in about 30 days. They helped in the closing negotiations and were always available when we needed them – highest recommendations!
Kami and Michael were great to work with. They made sure I understood all of the steps, provided good advice on the options I looked at, and were quick to warn me off of places that didn't seem like the perfect fit when I was starting to get a little antsy to get things moving. Michael was also very quick to set up appointments for showings when I was interested, and went by on his own to look at places and give feedback when I couldn't get there immediately. I would strongly recommend Kami and her team.
She handled the entire process professionally and was very patient with helping me purchase my first house. I had a bunch of questions and wanted to see as many homes as possible, she took the time to make sure that I felt confident in the process and understood where we were at all times. I recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. If it was not for her I would have never the found the home I did, I cannot thank her enough.
Ten offers in four days. What else can I say? They provided us with personalized attention, great communication and a very streamlined plan of action. I like all the tools Stephen's team uses to get the job done.
We hired Stephen to list our house and had a great experience working with him and his assistant Jennifer. We listed in a very hot market, the house was only active for three days before we received multiple offers and accepted one above asking. We really needed a 60 day rent back to give us enough time to find a new house. Jennifer was awesome and went back and forth between the two best offers to get us the highest price and the rent back period that we needed. The only thing that was somewhat surprising for us was that once we received offers on our house we didn't work with Stephen, we worked exclusively with Jennifer to get the deal closed. That turned out to be fine because Jennifer was awesome to work with; she is extremely good at her job and is very responsive and easy to work with. Although our interaction with Stephen was somewhat limited, he was always available for questions and was good about getting back to us quickly. I would definitely recommend using Stephen and Jennifer to list your home.
