We were very happy with Jeremy. As an experienced seller’s agent, he had the vision and saw the potential of this old 1970’s house that other realtors who we interviewed did not. Upon arrival and seeing the kitchen, he exclaimed, “This is fun!” And that someone is really going to like this 1970’s retro look. He had a very enthusiastic and positive outlook. And so we decided to listed with him. Jeremy was right about everything. He said if we followed all his recommendations for general cleanup and hire his recommended stager, and leave other things as is (orange countertops, yellow vinyl kitchen flooring, retro light fixtures), he would list the house at $50,000 higher. We did everything he recommended and that is exactly what the house sold for! This was at the end of the summer selling season in September, and we still received multiple bids. The Days On Market was still lower than average. We were extremely happy with his services as well as all the other staff at EXP (photographer, 3D photographer, office staff, transaction coordinator Diana).
