Your firm succeeded where others had failed, and we are happy with that. Our only suggestion deals with follow through and responsiveness, which could be better. We were told that some photos were being sent to us, but they never arrived. Some questions we had were slow to be answered, or not answered. To put it in perspective, these were not major issues, but did raise an eyebrow or two.
