Nothing but problems since day 1. Latest challenge- it was partitioned wrong. Discovered that things weren’t updating. The smaller partition (C) was default for everything including the system. The C drive is full. The (d) partition actually has more space. I have hours of work and a mess now trying to fix this.

Excellent service related to affordability and, my laptop transfer was quick and painless. Rich Ender is professional, approachable, and always eager to explain in simple terms what he needs to do and why. If only he had room for a one-stop shop with support staff to service all of our other electronic devices.
