Need to have more comunication
It has been a week since I initially called to liquidate my metals, and am finding it suspicious that almost every extension I call has the outgoing message “The person you are trying to reach is unavailable. Leave your message. Press # when finished”. When I was purchasing the metals, you were all flying tandem and calling daily. Now, 3 years later, I am pulling teeth to liquidate. Based on this passed week, I would tell other potential investors to proceed with caution. If I am wrong, and find this liquidation goes smoothly, I will revise my review.

I switched 100k from my 401k so I wouldn’t loose all of my retirement. I purchased silver and so far have lost another 70k. At this point I’m hoping to break even within the next 5 years.
Was most unhappy with the “Red Tail Hawk” sales emphasis which was like a “Snowy Owl” purchase to which I was exposed 8 years earlier thru another provider. Shame on me for letting it happen!! I’ll be be rid of them as soon as permitted in my final transaction with Red Rock.

I was supposed to receive a call last week about the possible buy back for gold and silver and haven’t heard from anyone as of yet.
Marc was very nice and professional. We’re anxiously waiting the arrival of our silver. I only have one negative remark. I wasn’t told that the silver would be Canadian until I made a commitment. We would do business with Red Rock again.
