Good experience, they took alot of time explaining and helping me understand everything and the purchase went smoothly.
However, I still have not received any documentation via email or snail mail of my purchase. When I log into Equity, it looks like the money is all there. I’d love to get some documentation of what I actually purchased??

My rating is going down because my contact Greg Read hasn’t called me back on my request for refund.
It seemed to take longer than I expected for the items to be delivered. Seeing an itemized list was helpful, but then receiving an account summary with a significantly lower value was disappointing. It would be nice to also receive a valuation of the material that makes up the items to allow for easy performance evaluations.
Time will tell if this was a good decision.
6-8 weeks is to long, and no documents to prove ANYTHING is happening.🫤
Everyone had clear communication and took time with me when I didn’t understand something. I am confident having purchased my metals with Red Rock, and feel relieved having it out of the banks or other financial institutions.
At no time was I told about a 8 week lead time in which I would twiddle my thumbs and hope my gold got deposited. Also you would think there would be more documentation at least showing that thins were actually processing.
