Skills Training College is a Registered Training Organisation. (RTO #45654 | CRICOS #03884A) We provide nationally accredited training to both local and international students. We specialise in employment training with a focus on the practical. Our courses include barista training for the hospitality industry, manual task safety for retail and health care, as well as white card courses for the construction industry. We also offer a range of first aid courses that are in demand in all sectors. All of our courses use high-quality materials and up-to-date equipment. Completed the Barista and Food Safety Course. The course work was good and gave an overview/learning environment of process and procedures. The practical was fun with lots of coffee making, great tips and taugh by an industry expert

I arrived 20 mins late due not finding the building & was told I’d have to rebook without any cost. There’s no options to do this online & phone number unfortunately doesn’t accept voicemail, I can’t get access to a person. Also the online says 100% required to pass & one of the questions totally rejected every single combination of answer so I have 99% which will be a fail due to a glitch.
Also a couple of the questions contradict the answers in the manual.
It was so good, and benefit.

The course was expertly designed, covering a wide range of relevant topics that provided me with valuable insights and practical skills. The course instructor was highly knowledgeable and passionate about the training, which translated into engaging and interactive sessions.
The experience was great and I had a lot of fun and learnt how to do all of the things that I was looking to learn.
Though I think that there could have been more access to sinks to clean out the cups that we were using to make the coffee.

I really appreciated this Barista course with STC, I learned a lot as I only knew how to make coffee in the family circle, but had no idea of how it can be in a professional context.
Big up to our teacher who perfectly managed to teach us the principle skills of this job.
I might enroll my youngest son in this course as well, as he will be giving me a hand in my future project of opening an ice cream and coffee shop back in my home country.
