Skills Training College is a Registered Training Organisation. (RTO #45654 | CRICOS #03884A) We provide nationally accredited training to both local and international students. We specialise in employment training with a focus on the practical. Our courses include barista training for the hospitality industry, manual task safety for retail and health care, as well as white card courses for the construction industry. We also offer a range of first aid courses that are in demand in all sectors. All of our courses use high-quality materials and up-to-date equipment. Did short Barista course with STC couple days ago. My trainer Lorence was such amazing trainer, well knowledge, well experienced and he made the training super fun and can be understood easily. Just still waiting for my outcome certificate, hope it will be sent soon😃
I learned a lot despite me being new to the coffee industry. Peter was very patient, helpful, and very encouraging.
Would have been nice to mention not to burn the coffee grounds by leaving the portafiller in the grouphead. but other then that quite instructional and a good time.

I completed the barista course, which properly prepared me to extend my abilities to support working at my current place of work, a cafe. I developed the understanding of hygiene and saftey whilst also enjoying the process of making all kinds of coffee. There is definitely more complexity to the process than I thought, plus many rules, and fines that made sence but were unexpected. Overall, the experience and learning was great. I was taught accurately and was able to gain all required knowledge to pass the course.
