I did my course one week back and havent received the certificate till now. It is very unprofessional behaviour as the website says same day certificate guaranteed. I am really having a hard time as I have to submit the certificate for job application. Please improve the staff proficiency.
The class tutor was very enthusiastic with great knowledge and gave good information.
