Highly recommend Julie James! I initially found her in a Facebook group, she took the time to reach out to me and introduced herself. I am a first time homebuyer and we bought sight unseen. She made everything go smooth and easy. What I love about Julie isn’t just the fact that she is hardworking and get things done. It’s the fact that she treats you like a friend/family but keeping everything professional of course. She made sure we got the best deal and made sure that we didn’t just settle on the first thing we saw. Being a first time homebuyer I also had a lot of questions and she always answered them, even on the weekends when I didn’t expect her to. If you want someone that is dedicated, hardworking and gets the deal done then go with Julie!
Julie is the best! Julie represented us during the purchase of an investment property. She is very patient and understanding with us. We always felt like she had our best interest in mind. She understood exactly what we wanted and found us this great home. She helped us purchase a home in Killeen and gave us good advice in every move we wanted to in regard to assessing the properties. Her market knowledge and attention to detail was absolutely priceless and really made a huge difference in our stress levels.
