From the beginning to the end, just an amazing experience. Very professional and organized. From the moment we talked to this young lady she had a great strategy. She was well prepared, and had a plan to sell our house. She was very informative throughout the experience. I hope when we purchase our next home we can keep her. Because I have never met a realtor as committed to their client as her. I wish every realtor was as committed to the customer or client as she was.

Wow!!! Words really can’t express how thankful I was to have had Julie as my realtor through the process of selling my home. She truly is the best! She was thorough, professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about upcoming appointments and always updated us with pertinent information as soon as she received it. We would highly recommend to leverage the services offered by Julie James. Inspite of us being remote the whole time, she helped us to sell our house in just few weeks (house was in contract in just few days post listing, we even had to cancel our open house as we received multiple offers within 1st few days of listing). She was very thorough and had clarity in our approach right from our 1st zoom call all the way till post closing, so inspite of us living 2.5 hrs away from the property, we never had to think/feel that it’s going to be tough. Her price point/market analysis was commendable and she understood seller’s situation without having to explain in-detail. It was a pleasure to have Julie as our realtor to sell our house.
