An unbelievable, outstanding realtor. Julie had stayed with us though our 1st home buying experience. She could’ve quite us and move to others but she stay on and fought for us. She always called and insured us of good news and good possible outcomes. Definitely WILL NOT forget Mrs. James and will being using her if we ever decide to move to another location or to sell our new home. Julie is so amazing!! We are first time homebuyers which is very hard when you don’t know much of the process. Julie is there for her clients, she answers ANY questions you want, she goes through every step with you. I could not have picked a better realtor.

Julie helped us buy our first house. Throughout the entire process, starting with the first phone call she helped us understand the process and laid everything out realistically for our goals. Every time we had a question or needed clarification she got back to us with answers and recommendations. She advocated for us and negotiated with the seller to get everything that we wanted in terms of repairs. She was invaluable, we were able to take care of everything from a distance while she went to the house for all of our inspections and was our advocate the entire time.
I highly recommend everyone to consider choosing to work with her, working with her really was the best part of buying our house! I know that even now that we are closed if we need anything we can reach out to her and get the best recommendations and helpful advice!
